They didn't have any bread and couldn't even serve me other than some flat bread and I came in at 6:30pm. Said they wouldn't have bread for an hour when they close at 8pm. What a joke. ? At least the girls working apologized I guess?

With local offerings around this place they need to step up their game. I think they are riding on big name. Food was satisfactory and service and service time was poor. In comparison to other sandwich shops around, $15 was way too much.

This store does not accept cash and their sandwich prices are way out of line,$14.95 for a chicken/bacon wrap? $10.90 for a footlong cold cut? And didn't get the drink we ordered. And forget the tip...it starts at 15% on their credit card machine. Won't be back. Also, the woman making the sandwiches was at least wearing plastic glove while building the sandwich and the wrap...wish she had been wearing a mask...but, not for concerns about Covid.
Walked with my kiddo to this location only to find out that they don't take cash. Huh??? If they're honestly worried they'll get covid over cash transactions then they need to close. This is the only store in redding that doesnt take cash payments. Wonder how much money they lose.

Subway has really gone down hill since COVID. They don't take cash!! Also they started making sandwhiches more custom. I go to subway to make it the way I want. And most of the time the lobby is closed. Very disappointed in the franchise itself not the poor employees stuck working for them.

I was very disappointed with the service. Troy, the gentleman that helped me, was rude, did not ask me what I wanted, he would just stare at me after I would tell him what I wanted. I swear if I hadn't said anything he would still be talking to the other guy behind the counter and I wouldn't of gotten any food. And then on top of that, they do not accept US currency, supposedly for the safety of their employees, I call bunk. Will be ordering my sandwiches from Sub a Rama in the future. Better service, fresher food, and they still accept Us Currency!!!!!
