Subway has really gone down hill since COVID. They don't take cash!! Also they started making sandwhiches more custom. I go to subway to make it the way I want. And most of the time the lobby is closed. Very disappointed in the franchise itself not the poor employees stuck working for them.
We needed some last minute sandwiches for a company function. I tried to order online but it would not take my order. I called every single Subway in town from the moment they opened and no one answered. When I called the Westwood Village Subway, the amazing Tawny answered. She said that they require 48 hours notice to place an online order. She knew it was short notice for my order but she said, "I think I can make it happen." With local offerings around this place they need to step up their game. I think they are riding on big name. Food was satisfactory and service and service time was poor. In comparison to other sandwich shops around, $15 was way too much.
