Employees came out the back door carrying boxes and trash wearing gloves. They wore the same gloves back inside the backdoor. After sitting in the parking lot for several minutes we didn't see them exit again. Did they continue to wear those same gloves while preparing food? Why didn't they throw them away when they did the trash. That was a nope. And they were telling people they don't do online ordering while the people were just sitting in their car. Who does that? What's not to like about taco Bell???
20 min drive through wait. Indoors the line to order was almost to the door. Food was terrible. They may have been understaffed that night. I don't know, but it wasn't a fun experience.
