This is my Go too Tacobell for the city. Always quick and alway super friendly.
Today I want to shout out Sam in the drive thru she is alway super friendly and today when we had to park. She made sure to chase me down to make sure I had sauce and napkins. That's the kind of hospitality that keep me as a customer.
Ordered bunch of burritos like I normally do. Cheese bean and rice and cheesey double beef burritos. However they were all Less than half filled. It was mostly tortilla I was eating like what the heck happened. I dont want to return it because it's petty but I leave this here as a reminder that this location is starting to skimp out. The other locations around town are fine.
Store was dirty in the dining area. Minimal employees visible on-duty, I saw three people working, but they were kicking booty! The gentleman that made our order was phenomenal! Super friendly! Engaged with all customers. He specifically told us he was doing our order. He made a mistake, but included the food for our doggies to enjoy. He was just so friendly and happy. We left in an even better mood. Food and excellent service!
