Dropped in traveling through Redding. Went for wine and crepes (based on Google description). They no longer have crepes, but the wine, small bites (we had the small charcuterie), atmosphere and welcoming hosts (Adam and lovely fiancé) more than made up for it. The Grape Escape is exactly that - a brief escape from the day’s stresses, with wine, good food, and fun environment.
Quiet little wine bar in Redding that started to get loud around 8pm. It’s a nice little place, great outdoor seating. The eats are to die for. You can tell the chef puts her passion into each item. Perfectly crafted and delicious. It’s a must try if you want some small bits and a good bottle of wine.
My friend and I went for the first time tonight. The staff is awesome! They make this place what it is. Great wine, great conversation. I would absolutely recommend enjoying an evening here.
