This is one of my family's favorite stops on trips driving through California. So much so that we've now gone out of our way to hit Redding a few times. The atmosphere is fantastic, staff is friendly and energetic, the coffee is great (nuanced, fruity, roasty, they nail the profile of each of they're single origins), and the baked goods are killer, especially the gluten free cinnamon buns and the chia breakfast cups.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free options here are incredible. Hands down the best gf cinnamon bun we've had in nearly 16 years of gf eating

I am so happy to support them and enjoy their great coffee.My son-in-law introduced me to Theory when he bought a 3# bag of the holiday blend. We stopped while running errands last night and my wife and I ordered their Peppermint Mocha Latte, which is fitting for the season. I haven’t tried any of their food items but was looking at the menu while waiting for the drinks and I definitely can’t wait to try some of their items. Being a coffee junkie myself I can appreciate quality and Theory is definitely on point. Super cute coffee shop! Definitely has a nice vibe and aesthetic, super modern inside! They also use holy kakow syrup which is delicious! We got vanilla lattes and they were so good! We also got breakfast sandwiches. They were good except just wasn't a huge fan of the mustard aioli sauce, wish they offered a different sauce. Overall, lovely coffee shop and our order came out nice and quick!

Stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. We wanted to avoid Starbucks, and this was the perfect stop. Guatemalan drip coffee was good and the brioche breakfast sandwich was awesome.
