I took my family here to eat and the food was amazing!!! The service was great! My sodas were always filled and my salsa and chips were given in abundance. The food tasted phenomenal. I preferred the hot salsa over the mild salsa. I got the chimichanga with ground beef and the beef tasted phenomenal. The whole dish was extremely good. My kids loved it as well.
The wife and I went there for lunch yesterday. She got the Taco Tuesday special and it was absolutely delicious. I on the other hand ordered the Berea tacos and was less than pleased. The sauce tastes like beef bouillon with a thick slice of radish I'm assuming. The tacos were over cooked and had a dirty grill after taste to them. If I were you and do not want to know what dog poop tastes like after it comes out of the toaster.....just go ahead and order something different.
It was our first time to this establishment in close to 10 years for one of us, and 20 for another. We were extremely happy with our food, the atmosphere and our bartender/server, David. It happened to be one of his first nights working, and he did a great job. Having said that, it was awesome watching Angie and Emily, gently help and guide him. It was teamwork at its best and for that alone, we will be back. That’s not to say the happy hour tacos weren’t worth returning...
