Visiting from out of town we found this restaurant. It was just what we were looking for as we needed something different. Ordered the Vitality Wrap and it was delicious. The smoothie was great too sweet.

Came here at 1900 when it closes at 2000 according to hours listed here and it was not open.

Healthiest, freshest, yummy yummy restaurant in Redding! My go to place when I’m in Redding. And I always order the chimichurri steak and roasted potato bowl. It comes On top of a bowl of super greens, grass fed.Sous-vide steak, yummy greens, roasted potato, roasted tomato, fresh radish, chimichurri (like pesto), lemon tahini vinaigrette, pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds). So so yummy and healthy!

And a good time was had by all. b

Breakfast wrap had wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, too many pickled red onions, and a chunk of salt in my last bite. There was a hint of moldy flaver that I wasnt sure about. It was kind of gross. I had to pull out the soggy wilted lettuce; the crunchy salt on my last might almost made me sick. I was on the road and pressed for time, so I was hoping it would get better - it really wasn't a good food experience.

Place is amazing, they serve açai bowls, smoothies, food, and more. I got a bowl and my family members got sandwiches, the balls are so good. Not only are they healthy. They are also delicious and filling. I also got the grilled cheese and tomato soup, the best thing about them is that they can make them gluten-free for you and they still taste amazing. I came here because other restaurants were closed and was delighted with the food we had

We came in 20 minutes before closing. Tried to order a fresh juice, the worker girl told us that she had already broken down the juice machine and that she couldn't make juice. That's fine we asked if maybe she wanted us to leave that she was closing. She said no that's OK and still took our order. Then proceeded to give us a bad attitude the whole time and at the end when we got home to eat our food the cucumbers were slimy and the food was disgusting.

Didn’t even get to experience the place because the website said they close at 8 PM and they said they close at 7 PM. It wasn’t even 7pm yet and got refused service probably will not be trying again. Don’t recommend if you need reliable healthy food I’d just go to the Tbar next door.

Full points for being healthy, fresh, delicious and exactly what we needed in this town. Staff were very friendly, the place is clean. It’s just a little take-out counter. We ordered online on route and got back on the road.

Ordered the "Green bowl" with Graviola, bananas, strawberries, dates etc and received a bland tasteless sludgy fruit mix, which I wasn't expecting. When I asked to return it for a refund, I was told I could only exchange it, "because there's nothing wrong with it". I opted for an "exchange" of cut fruit and it was 2/3 the size of what I ordered. A total waste of $16

The steak chimichurri wrap is delicious, but the only thing I’d get from here (and I’d take it to-go next time).
The door looks like the entrance to an abandoned site, which is kind of what it feels like inside. The walls aren’t finished, dirty rolled-up mats laying around, messes left on tables, and basically no employees.

When I came in, I didn’t think it was even open since I hadn’t seen anyone, but I guess they just stay in the back until the digital order gets placed and they start making food. No human interaction, but I saw them walk in with grocery bags from Sprouts. So… fresh, I guess?
The VB bases are not tasty at all in the açaí bowls, I wasn’t a fan at all.

Because of how it looked inside, I imagined they had just opened, were understaffed, or a car had driven through the walls and they just repaired lol. Turns out, it’s been this way for a while in terms of service, I suppose with new ownership taking over?

Either way… I don’t recommend coming here, unfortunately. Other Vitality Bowls have had a much better atmosphere (although the VB base still wasn’t very good, now I know better)
* $30 for steak wrap and açaí bowl

Dragon bowl was chill on a hot day. It was our first trip here, the service was outstanding and they were very helpful.
