Emily and her entire team deserve all the praise in the world. Emily, the fearless leader, is an outstanding manager, and her staff are like culinary ninjas in the special forces of delivering delicious food. Every person here operates with skill, kindness, and precision.
We are lucky to have Vitality Bowls. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe they came from Roots employees or something because Roots just doesn’t compare.
Vitality Bowls is on a whole other level. Whether it’s the perfectly done avocado toast, the flavorful beef wrap, or the create-your-own bowls filled with magic and love, everything hits the spot.
Do yourself a favor. Ignore anything negative you’ve heard and come experience the Vitality Magic Show 2.0 with Emily, the new sheriff in town, running the show.

The Superfood Bowl at Vitality Bowls is hands down one of the best açaí bowls I’ve ever had. It’s fresh, vibrant, and packed with nutrient-rich ingredients that leave you feeling energized and satisfied. The balance of flavors and textures is perfect — from the creamy açaí base to the crunchy granola and fresh fruit on top. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something healthy and delicious! The customer service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. A great experience all around!

Visiting from out of town we found this restaurant. It was just what we were looking for as we needed something different. Ordered the Vitality Wrap and it was delicious. The smoothie was great too sweet.
