Great place if you're gluten free! The acai bowls are amazing!!!!!! And they have gluten free options for most of the items on the menu! It's small inside so there's limited seating and sometimes it can be super noisy inside the small space. There are a couple of small tables outside but no umbrellas so if it's hot or raining it's not a good option to sit out there.

It’s always a pleasant experience going to the vitality bowls on hilltop drive in redding. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they are very accommodating so that I get my order customized how I like it. Emily, one of the staff in particular always makes my day a lot brighter after I get my food. Not only is the service great, but I really enjoy the substance and flavor of the grain bowls, the power pesto bowl is delicious and I can substitute the chicken with avocado which ensures I get enough in my meal! The healthy and clean ingredients is why I go, but it’s the warmness and kindness of the staff that makes each visit memorable and keeps me coming back.

Dropped my smoothie crossing the street and went back inside to trash the remnants. I wasn't gonna ask for another cuz it was totally my fault but the person inside saw it happen and had another ready for me. You're the best!

I ordered the medium dragon bowl I opened it when I got in my car cause it was to go to have a bite it was runny not solid like it should be. It was about 3/4 if that of what it should be and the toppings were minimal! For the price that we pay for these we should get what we pay for and I was very disappointed i’m disappointed there is not a place to put a picture of what I paid for☹️

Emily and her entire team deserve all the praise in the world. Emily, the fearless leader, is an outstanding manager, and her staff are like culinary ninjas in the special forces of delivering delicious food. Every person here operates with skill, kindness, and precision.
We are lucky to have Vitality Bowls. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe they came from Roots employees or something because Roots just doesn’t compare.
Vitality Bowls is on a whole other level. Whether it’s the perfectly done avocado toast, the flavorful beef wrap, or the create-your-own bowls filled with magic and love, everything hits the spot.
Do yourself a favor. Ignore anything negative you’ve heard and come experience the Vitality Magic Show 2.0 with Emily, the new sheriff in town, running the show.
This place is wonderful. Five stars every time.
