“Got to the restaurant to pick up our order and it had already been picked up by someone else before we got there. Something that is totally possible because of the way they just have peoples names and status of order on the window. Guy at the window said “it happens” which is whatever but there should really be a way to verify that’s who is supposed to pick up the pizza! A simple “what’s the last four of the phone number on the order” could keep this issue from happening again. Also alittle more accountability. They told us our order was “missing” even though our names were on the screen so we knew they got it. Instead of saying they messed up and are fixing it. Ultimately we got our pizza at no charge and it wasn’t that big of a deal but a few more processes put in place could save a lot of hassle and money in the future. They just opened though so there’s time to improve.“
