Domino's Pizza in Hemet

“Now, I see a lot of reviews that are not so positive. Everyone has an opinion and they have a right to their own.
My overall experience has been pretty good.
Before tonight, Dominoes has EXCEEDED my expectations. Which has made me question why tonight was not as successful.
Being in a family of servers, cooks and other food related services, I remember that there are nights when it’s just 2 or even just 1 person on shift.
Folks have to remember that the food industry is not an easy field. So many customers, a wide variety of dietary restrictions, and some are just Karen’s about everything. Or even life happens and people don’t make it to their shift at all.
For those who’ve complained, imagine being the only one on shift, no manager, ur lucky if u have a driver - and an onslaught of orders with 6 hrs left until close.
Go easy on your food servers. They’re doin their bloody best.
If a business is doin good, more people order.
I received my order an hour late tonight, and I was trying to cancel my order(coz I get it) but Tim came through with a positive attitude and everything.
I don’t know why they were backed up tonight, but I can only imagine what these folks be goin through.

“My boyfriend and I go to this domino’s often and are never disappointed but tonight it was just really good and want to thank the team you have there for giving good customer service even at the end!
