Drinks were amazing. Pizzas are great. Service is nowhere near what you want. If you order an appetizer just order your main course at the same time because you don't know when they'll come back. And when they do it takes too long to get your food. We saw others seated long after we ordered our food get their orders in before us. They also ordered pizza so it made no sense

I ordered the special, salmon, tonight. While my friends' dishes were perfect, mine was unfortunately raw in the center. I brought this to the waitress's attention, and she promptly took it back, along with my fork. When the salmon returned, it was still raw, and I had to request a new fork. I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to return to inform them that the Salmon was still not cooked in which the waitresses agreed and stated they must be having oven issues. I did not get a new Salmon nor was I able to eat my meal. Despite the good drinks, the food and management were disappointing. The manager offered a 50% discount on the inedible meal, which I appreciated, but it didn't make up for the overall poor experience. Although I left a full tip for the waitress, the lack of service, especially when I sat waiting to ask to speak with the manager, left me dissatisfied. I had high hopes for this restaurant based on recommendations, but I won't be returning or endorsing it. I wish I would have taken pictures to show here.

Very cool spot. Love that oven, someone had told me the oven itself was imported from Italy. This is probably as close to true European origin pizza as you can get at least in this area. Very impressed, very clean and lovely environment. Bar had a huge selection and the price for drinks wasn't the end of the world either. I'm happy say that I'll definitely be back and this is definitely my new favorite spot. Thank you for a lovely dinner!!

Please dont think of LA Volata as just a place to get pizza, believe me it's much more! The ambiance and service is over the top and the food is amazing! I highly recommend the honey pot pizza; its absolutely delightful. If you plan on arriving after 5ish, reservations would be a must as this place really gets hopping.

What a gem of a pizza place tucked in Redlands! The atmosphere was so vintage with a dash of elegance. I got the summer verdura pizza upon the recommendation of my lovely server Lizzy and it was delicious. She brought me some housemade hot sauce that took the food to another level. The service from Lizzy was exquisite! She was incredibly friendly and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Chloe was a great server and if you go after opening hour, reservations Recommended. We got there at 4pm when they opened and everyone coming in after had reservations on a Friday night.

Ordered take out for 5:15PM. When I got there they had not even started the pizza. This is not the first time. They really don’t care for the take out business, so do not order from here, unless you want to waste your time.

A nice, popular place. Everyone is pleasant. I don't know how much I actually enjoyed the last few pizzas I have had here. Texture is good, but some of it is too much. Too salty, too much blue cheese, too piquant, etc. But I like the place and keep coming back, hoping for a better experience.
