Love this place, actually just left, and it was perfect. We weren’t bothered like at other restaurants but were also assisted in a perfect way that allowed me to enjoy my food and conversation. Food was great too! 10/10

Our family went on a Wed night without a reservation and we were accommodated at the bar. We got to see the owner making pizzas while we enjoyed our drinks and watermelon salad. Service was wonderful! We all loved our custom pizzas that were steaming hot out of the fire oven. We were happy with everything and so glad to support a small family owned restaurant.

Flora, previously La Volita is still a favorite!
Delicious wood fire pizza paired with a tap beer or Bump it to sophistication with a delicious ribeye and craft cocktail.

Whatever looks good to you, get it because it will be delicious. Went there today for pretty much the first time (I got takeout when it was La Volata during the height of the pandemic and everything was good then too). We started out by ordering the citrus marinated olives and the garlic confit which comes with bread and these two dishes complemented each other well. Then we shared a margherita pizza which was perfect for two people and was delicious. However, the star of the show that was our dinner was the skillet cookie dessert we had. They had 3 flavors and we opted for the strawberry cornbread which was really more of a cake but all the same it was delicious. Maybe the most delicious dessert I've ever had at a restaurant. The strawberry in the dessert was bright and a little tangy, the cornbread flavor was mild but more interesting than just a vanilla flavores cake. The gelato on top was delicious too. The staff was so sweet and the vibes were really good—chill but a little upscale in the sense that if you wanted to dress up and go on a date night here, it's the perfect spot. Fiora is a GEM!

The Watermelon Salad awakend something inside me, while a little later, the Elote Pizza surprised the lady and I more than the twist in The Sixth sense. Redlands is lucky to have Fiora, full stop.

Waited nearly 2hrs for food. They were out of lettuce for the cesar salad, out of multiple pizzas, wife ordered the entry soup....guess what...they were out and it was only 6:30pm. My wife's food came out 40mins before my 2 daughters entrées and at this point we were over it so when my entrée pizza was finally ready we just took it to go with the bill. Service was terrible....giving excuses to ever table that they are down a chef blahaha. Hadn't been there in a few years and now I remember why. Such a disappointment, especially when its a night out to celebrate a graduation.

They didn’t let me in for being Mexican . Open spot at the bar and they said all bar stools had a 8 hr wait . First time I experienced discrimination. There was 7 open spots at the bar
Although the atmosphere and service were great, the food felt mediocre. We had 2 appetizers the roasted funghi and the spring farro salad, the roasted funghi was okay I felt it was missing seasoning or different mushrooms for the price. The salad was actually really delicious. The pizza was a nice pizza but a bit basic. We had a margarita pizza with prosciutto and I was unfortunately unimpressed by it. Overall, it was a nice restaurant but not sure I would go again.

Salad was plain, ends weren't cut off the lettuce. Some of the leafs still had dirt on them.
Food was very good, not amazing. Been there several times, my son's favorite dish of his life is their pesto. Drinks are fancy and the price reflects it.
A bit pricey but a nice local option.

This place did not disappoint, it’s not every day that I crave Italian food, but I was so relieved that our experience here was so enjoyable.
The pizzas were phenomenal, the ambiance of the restaurant is very intimate and they went to great lengths to decorate with beautiful fresh plants that give the place a very welcoming and refreshing vibe. What’s more is it’s not in the downtown area which I see as a plus given that there is plenty of parking and it was not ridiculous busy. The winter salad was very delicious as well service was great.
