The G-Hub is a gorgeous local community gem in Redondo! The protein shakes are delicious and clean nutrition (very low sugar content and high protein). More importantly, the owner (Heather) is the nicest and most positive welcoming person with the biggest smile you have ever seen! I like to come grab a shake and get some emails done in a clean high-energy environment to break up the work from home routine. Thank you Heather and G-Hub, see you again soon!

This is one of the best new additions to Redondo. Very high quality food, very healthy, great ingredients, and I always have good energy after. The best part is the owner, Heather. You get her positive energy for free, and it's abundant!
