Long waiting time

Totally exceptional outstanding second to none . Loved it my favourite place. A walk across the road from the Redondo beach hotel.!!

Have been to many Cheesecake Factory's but this was my first time at the Redondo Beach location. The group I was with ordered brunch and it was well prepared and very tasty. Our event was held upstairs and the area was very spacious with a view looking into the beach. Parking is valet ONLY but our group validated. Service was prompt and professional.

Wait staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Food was mouth-watering and the vies were spectacular.

We have always enjoyed Cheesecake Factory at Redondo Beach. The huge menu is always fun and the food is good. We had a reservation for noon and arrived a few minutes before. We are two younger adults and two older adults and we were asked to wait. We did and 15 min after reservation time we asked why not seated as there are not many people there yet. The hostess girl with black rim glasses said that there wasn’t enough staff. (?). Another few min she had us seated at the end of a long row of empty tables next to the dirty dish pick up area. It was the worst time I’ve ever had there. Lots of noise. Food and server was good but noise was terrible. Stay away from that hostess.

Wow.You want to me that i have to pay $5.00 just to park at your restaurant???Not only that but talking about some rude guys running it.

We love cheesecake factories - and this one should have been amazing - with marina views at sunset. However service was really poor. Slow, things took ages, I asked for sauce at the side and it came out smothered. On the plus side - the brown warm bread was great as always and the cheesecake always very consistently yummy!

Cool to relax before dinner!

I went there with my wife and son for our anniversary dinner and had the worst experience at this place due to their valets. They will not take cards and I even ask the waitress if we can pay extra and get cash to pay for the valet but she said ‘no’. I asked if I can zelle but ‘no’ so at 8pm middle of storm, I had to go looking for an ATM machine and I could not even enjoy my dinner. I know most people nowadays don’t carry cash so why is Cheesecake factory valets forcing us to pay cash, why can we pay via card or zelle, thanks Cheese cake factory for ruining my anniversary dinner. I will never visit this location again.

We have been at this restaurant for brunch maybe a year ago. Decided to go again...party of 6. We were seated right went the restaurant opened at 10 am. I think the waitress was new or maybe gave her too many tables. After 15 min. took our drink order. Out of 6 drinks : 2 came out in 10 min, 2 in 15 min and 2 in 20 min. Oh special coffee was cold and Orange Juice separated...possibly sitting waiting to be picked up. We had bread on the table right away, but nothing to drink with it. We received our food in stages again at the one hour mark. Asked for refill on regular coffee and was asked, you want another coffee. Managers greeted us at the door, but had to work the counter, etc. as it seems short staffed. Other tables that walked in at opening also, we saw eating food at the 30 min. mark. The two other wait staff I saw was running and spot on with their tables and even bringing our food to us. My plate was suppose to come with syrup...had to ask... jam...had to ask for it too. Another person at out table ordered the same meal and his came with everything perfect...10 min. after mine. Hope this was a fluke!

My wife and I have always made it a point to go to The Cheesecake Factory when we visit Redondo Beach. In 2016 and 2018, we were served at the bar by Ramone. Had a GREAT time. We were looking forward to seeing Ramone this trip as well. However, we missed his workdays. Not disappointed though..!! Derek and Humberto were absolutely incredible..!!! The service, fare suggestions, and conversation were all impeccable and memorable. I even ordered another Mai Tai just to watch them make the drink..!!! Derek said he'd tell Ramone we said hello. I doubt if Ramone remembered us but we will never forget him. Thanks Derek..!! Thanks Humberto..!! and Ramone, we'll NEVER forget you..!!!
