Long wait time- even with a reservation. Short staff. The server is also the bartender. The tables were sticky. The food tasted like frozen food from the grocery store. The food is over priced, plus they add 4% additional to your bill for “maintenance of the restaurant”. You have to pay for parking. The morale is down. The view is the only positive.

Great location. Beside the beach/waters. They have an outdoor and indoor setting. Good place to have lunch. Suggest you have a reservation to eat there. I am not sure if they have problems finding workers, but there were only a few servers. Good seafoods restaurant. Great for casual group outing (eat, drink and be merry).

Sadly they ran out of the wine we wanted, they didn't have a mixer fit drinks, the shark bite drink came without the shark, there were tables with chairs on top which made it seem very sad & empty even though there were quite a few diners there. Our service was good but overall it just seemed like they weren't prepared

Not pleased. Made a reservation for 7:45p and we were not seated until 8:30. My disabled aunt had to stand while we waited. Our food took a long time and our drinks as well. I made this reservation for my sons birthday and they didn't even sing to him like they did the other guests that had birthdays. Did they forget? I mentioned it. I reminded the waitress after we paid our bill and she packed him an ice cream Sunday to go. In spite of all, we tipped well.

Overpriced and understaffed, though I feel for them under the current circumstances. Still, you can't charge $50+ for a “bucket of crabs” when all that really comes is 8 legs from a single crab. The texture of the crab meat also made it very apparent that the crabs were frozen for a long time. The shrimp and crab dip was excellent. The grilled shrimp and rice plate was a good value. One thing they need to correct... there's a listing on the kids menu for a lobster or crab-shaped rice crispy treat that the kids can decorate themselves. Well, it's just a pre-packaged square-shaped Kelloggs rice crispy that they try to charge $3.99 for. Had to send that back and take it off the bill. Overall, the staff was really nice, server was excellent and everyone super friendly. I can't say enough about that. Hard to beat sitting outside by the harbor with the boats going by. Its just the food and some of the prices that are unfortunate. Maybe we ordered the wrong type of crab for the bucket because it was anything but fresh.

I wanted to like this place and the view is nice but the staff needs better management and a lot of training in customer service. I've NEVER had a worse experience at a restaurant. I hate to have to write this review but hopefully it will prevent others from going here and experiencing the same poor attitude from the manager and wait staff. The restaurant was almost empty and they still treated us horribly. My mom advised the female manager is always like this so it's just unfortunate she infects the entire staff with her bad attitude. The busser was the only one who didn't act like we were inconveniencing them by eating at the restaurant. So disappointing!

I recently celebrate d a friend's birthday here. The wait staff was friendly efficient and so understanding of three mature women who hadn't been out in a while. The food was hot tasty and plentiful. Although Pricey. The real negative was paying 5.00 to park my self.

Under new management/ ownership. Menu selection has changed. Don't allow substitutions anymore. Staff doesn't seem to read their own menu to know what is offered. Had to show waitress what menu stated. Had to ask for check. Food was good, it was just the lack of service and knowledge by staff.

We went before seeing all the bad reviews but thought it was great! Food came out super quick and staff was amazing. It was our first time and our waitress gave us some great recommendations. We enjoyed the meal and view so much and can't wait to come back!

AVOID. No zero stars? The meal took almost an hour to come out. Then, it was crab legs impossible to open without metal nutcrackers, which were not provided. When I finally tracked down a server, she said they do not provide metal crackers as they are always stolen. So we just paid $80 for a meal we cannot eat. Nope. It was like being served eggs benedict without a knife and fork, no way to eat it but we have to pay for it. We walked out to the parking lot as there was no way to eat our meal, but apparently we were supposed to gnaw our way through tough shells and pay full freight when there was no way to even eat it? Seriously? We walked out. The manager, Mia, said we should pay for the drinks we ordered, to which we of course agreed. She eventually got us a couple of metal nutcrackers and said she would adjust our bill. Guess what? The little milleneal no-want-to-work didn't adjust our bill so I left a $2 tip on top of a $124 bill. We went back and ate a cold dish. They don't offer butter and cocktail sauce, so we just chipped away at this seafood with plastic forks and no condiments. Really? A seafood restaurant with no butter or cocktail sauce? At one point I successfully smashed a crab leg under my shoe and ate it. How hygienic. I had recommended this place to my BF as great and was so embarrassed by the losers working there. We had a wonderful evening anyway, as we have each other.

Staff was great and food delicious. I read all the bad reviews before going but our experience was awesome. First, I want to say thank you to the hostess who was so sweet and understanding, I didn't catch her name but she greeted us with a smile and was so polite. A big shout out to our waitress Natalie who made my son's birthday a great one. She really hustled for our party of 13 with all our many requests. The staff was ready to sing happy birthday but because my sons social anxiety with autism I informed her he did not want to be sung to. She brought the cake out with candles on, unlit, just in case he changed his mind. I believe she timed it perfect so as another birthday was being sung to, my son's cake came out and we were able to sing with the rest of the restaurant and not have all the attention on my son. It worked out perfect so thank you. Also the staff was amazing with food allergies. My niece who is extremely allergic to shellfish (I know, it is a seafood restaurant, crazy) and sadly, crab is her most favorite food. The kitchen and staff made accommodations and took precautions to make something for her that she could have with no shellfish contamination. She ate her meal and drooled at all the crab everyone else was eating. Lastly, another shout out to the kitchen staff for making those accommodations and for making the food so god damn delicious. Ha! Thank you! To the managers, your employees are awesome!

Our server MILAN made our experience 5*. We were a group of 16 in the bar and she managed to serve us all effortlessly! We had Shark Bite drinks (too sweet) and several Big Daddy Seafood feasts. Fun place with great views and great service!

Super great experience. Before arriving I was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews but they couldn't have been more wrong. The staff was so sweet, the food tasted the same as it has for years, and the view was to die for. Our waitress was Ty and she was the absolute sweetest! She had such great charisma and amazing energy, she made our Father's Day trip memorable. We brought our pup as well since they are dog friendly and the staff was so respectful towards him! Most of all the staff preformed amazingly considering how hectic the day had been due to the holiday. I know Ty must've had many tables aside from us but she always took time to check up on us and make us feel at home at all times! Thanks Ty for being the coolest, we're so thankful for you're patience with our hectic family!!
