Worse experience trying to get a cup of decaf coffee at the LAX store in THE United terminal. Waited 20 minutes to order, only one person taking the order, 1 person making the coffee, and 4 people standing doing nothing. Then I waited another 10 minutes while others before me got there coffee. Apparently the machine was not working and there was no manager out front to help. The line went down the hall.
