no better place for crab than here. chef’s kiss. dipping crab meat into the gochujang sauce and then mixing rice into the shell is absolutely incomparable to any other crab restaurant.

My 17 year old daughter and I love the Korean spicy soup. My 12 year old daughter and wife love the crab legs. Delicious food.

Food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting any 스끼다시, but you’d think they’d at least serve some basic side dishes — it’s not exactly a cheap place. Service wasn’t great either; after bringing the crab, the servers never checked on us once. It’s a place worth trying once for the experience, but I’m not sure I’d come back.

The food looked and tasted really good. We paid for premium but it all came in plastic. I was disappointed that premium was just plastic but the food was still great but the atmosphere was not. Spicy soup and live dungness crab tasted and looked great though I felt sorry for the crab 🦀. Quite a bit of noise with the mallets cracking the crab. I really liked to see the catfish and lobster. Really comfortable place and great food. 😊

Although it was Independence Day, the atmosphere was quite calm. The restaurant had large windows that offered a view of the beachfront, where many people were enjoying their time. It was a great place to relax, with plenty of seating and a leisurely vibe.

It was a really nice meal and service. We had fish stew and large steamed shrimp and they were very generous portions. The dangeness crab looked amaizing we definitely we will back to try it!

We had the spicy fish stew, large steamed shrimp, steamed fresh abalone, soju and beer. Really great typical seaside Korean spot in the informal style like you might find around Jeju or Busan. Focused on ingredients and execution not plateware 😊

Oh my god, this is happening!!!
No matter how much they do business with tourists, it's ridiculous that a raw fish restaurant doesn't have lettuce, peppers, or garlic. They said they would buy it with money, but they don't have any. If you are planning to go, please bring peppers, garlic, lettuce, and perilla leaves. Nothing comes by default. I think it would be better to eat at Korean Restaurant or downtown. The quantity is small and it is expensive. I went there because I heard it was a Korean raw fish restaurant with a view of the sea, but I was disappointed.

What happened to this place? I have been coming here for 25 years whenever I visit LA and my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual and their fish soup was soooo bad I couldn't even finish it. After our meal, we tipped 18% tip with no service we received other than bringing us food, the lady runs out screaming saying we didn't tip them. It was on the credit card receipt. The cashier was right there and she didn't say a word. I will not be back after this visit and just sad to see my favorite seafood place go south after all these years. Do not order their fish soup. It's Horrible!

Nice location on the pier. Wait staff with an attitude. They provide service grudgingly and with an attitude. I paid ahead of time at the counter and paid the 15+% tip on the credit card receipt to the manager despite the half service. After a mediocre overpriced meal, the angry waiter demanded tip and wanted to see my credit card receipt, when they should be checking the signed receipt at the front ordering counter.
