I love Panda Express as much as the next guy, but as I’m absolutely destroying my plate, I notice something on my noods. I notice that there’s some kind of paper material stuck to it. At first, i thought maybe I had dropped some straw wrapper in my food, & thought nothing of it. But as I continued eating, I noticed another noodle with paper on it. not the best experience. the service was okay, and the interior was clean. but the servings were tiny & the chow mein was under seasoned. the food wasn’t impressive in my opinion.
