Perry's Café & Beach Rentals at Torrance Beach offers a decent selection of food, including grilled Mahi Mahi Taco plates and tasty kids' plates. The staff, like Ali, is helpful and friendly, even returning lost keys. A great spot for a quick meal after a swim, with good Caesar Salad. Known for the best fish tacos in the South Bay, visitors can enjoy their food right on the beach with a fantastic view. The only downside seems to be the cappuccino machine that needs fixing.
