I've been going to Rods for years & have loved it . Not today...it was awful. Got a pastrami sandwich & thru it away after the 1st bite. It was dry & what little pastrami was on it was almost all fat & tasted horrible. The fried zucchini wasn't much better. I've heard a lot of people say their food is not what it used to be & I have to agree. Won't be going back anytime soon. Soooooo disappointed, especially since it was over $20 for my meal. 🥺

I was reluctant to stop by because it didn't seem busy ever ( I drive by here almost every single day of the week and it didn't seem too busy all of the time) but when I stopped by and tried it, I was hooked. Good food, Freshly made and good atmosphere. The service was nice and kind and so were the employees. Now I stop by whenever I get a chance. Clean dinning room and clean restrooms. Best part is 'the price is right ' (for what you're getting, of course).

First time here and I’m truly impressed! The place is extremely clean, and the young lady with the beautiful smile greeted us so warmly. The menu has so many great choices with good price, and I love the open kitchen where you can watch everything being cooked fresh. The kitchen is absolutely sparkling!
$17 for a burger combo, taste dry with no type of taste, skinny meat. Not worth it at all.

During a recent drain service call in Redondo Beach, our Sewer Therapists stopped by Rod’s Burgers on Artesia Blvd for a well-earned lunch. Nothing beats supporting a local South Bay spot while we’re out helping neighbors with their plumbing and sewer needs.
