This place came highly recommended from a friend of ours who lives in the area. We were greeted nicely by the host and sat on the patio next to the marina. Our server was very sweet attentive and had an amazing personality and disposition. “Danni” we will be back to see you soon. Thank you for giving us a great brunch to kickoff our weekend.

Mediocre food relative to the prices... erratic and sloppy service... First time here during the past three years... They have not improved

Rachel took care of waiting on us. She did great. Her shift was over & she introduced Trent. My friend & I left at 5ish & my partner stayed for a while. He has Parkinson's & a bad knee causing mobility issues. When he was attempting to stand up, Trent helped him. Then Trent asked if he needed help getting to the car. Trent helped him to the parking lot. I feel he went over & above. Trent deserves recognition.

Food and scenery were really good. Service was slow, polite waiters but took a long time for drinks.

Food was not good. Petite tenderloin was terrible and the au gratin potatoes were cold. Probably would not go back.

Was told that the manager decided not to “have happy hour” hour that day. Pretty disappointing.

For $100 ticket, one would expect more seating for non VIP. There was clearly enough room for chairs and the plan to sell more VIP tickets has now deterred me from ever coming back to an event at this restaurant. Champagne was also not handed out and I had to stand in line at the one bar available.

What are the best restaurants in the South Bay the food is delicious The atmosphere is beautiful The service is great. Every time I'm in the South Bay it's a must to take in the view and enjoy a good meal with a great glass of wine by the way great wine selection. And or or outdoor summertime is a must to dine outside this place is great to take someone on a date celebrate an anniversary or birthday or anything in between

We had a wonderful dine-in experience. Our server was Delores. She was fast and very insightful. She helped us narrow down our decisions.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our entrees and highly recommend this place for any who enjoy good food and fantastic service.

My family and I regularly come to Sea Level for brunch and dinner. Trent, Greg, and Charles always take great care of us!
We love the quality of food and service right on the marina. Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the valet pricing, but the food was worth it. I got the spicy tuna crispy rice was amazing most faces things just fall off, but this was just perfect. I also ordered the lobster mac & cheese. I give it at nine out of 10 because it was just really good.

Went there last Saturday. The girls ordered bloody marys. The waiter said you're in luck. We just made a fresh batch. Came back a few minutes later and said they ran out. We ordered the pastrami sandwiches. It took close to an hour before we got our food and they messed up two of our orders.

This is the third year we’ve stayed at Shade for Thanksgiving, and every year we’ve had a great experience — both at the hotel and the restaurant. Wednesday night’s dinner with Kai (I believe that was his name) was amazing, as usual. But Friday night 11/28 around 6:30pm wasn’t as great.

I asked our waitress if she could recommend a drink since I like vodka and champagne but don’t love added sugar. I just asked if she could tell the bartender that and let them be creative. Instead, she told me that champagne has “a lot of sugar” and that she wouldn’t be able to “take the sugar out of the champagne.”

Not sure if she thought I didn’t know how champagne works, but obviously no one is asking her to remove sugar from a bottled champagne. Also, champagne doesn’t always have a lot of sugar.

Overall, she just wasn’t very helpful and honestly not enjoyable to interact with — which was disappointing since every other experience we’ve had here has been great.

Food was great.

I went there for Thanksgiving and left disappointed, $125 and no drinks included. That is per person.

The food was average, lacking flavor, I would never go back. Not even for half that price, it's because the food was not amazing. Actually even presentation was mediocre.

I would never suggest anybody to go there for quality food.
