I’m vegan, and this food was absolutely amazing. I came in for breakfast, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was filling, delicious, and truly nutritious. I ordered the hot maca, the huevos con chorizo, and even grabbed a chocolate cake to go—everything was outstanding.
Our waiter was attentive, fast, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place—10/10. Bonus points for plenty...

I recently visited Redondo for 5 days. AS a long time vegan, I was very excited to discover this place. The food is great, and balanced. Plenty of nice protein options, flavorful dishes, and personality.
