Absolutely Amazing – A True Mediterranean Delight!
Turquoise Restaurant was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a relaxing coastal vibe that makes you feel instantly at ease. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.
I had the lamb kebab, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The seasoning was just right, and it paired beautifully with the sides. I also tried one of their soups, which was rich, comforting, and clearly made from scratch. To top it all off, I had their house-made ice cream, and it was the perfect sweet ending—light, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Turquoise combines quality ingredients with authentic Mediterranean flavors in a way that’s both healthy and satisfying.
If you're in the Redondo Beach or LA area, this spot is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to going back!
Great food and amazing service!
Delicious and authentic Persian dishes served with care! Must try for all! We ordered Koubideh (beef) Kabob and Lamb Kabob with Basmati rice, Olive and Walnuts, and lentil soup and enjoyed to the last piece/grain! Will return here every time we visit SoCal!
Middle Eastern food on the Riviera… The baba ghanoush is served warm and has a lovely smoky taste. The lamb was perfect. The koubideh was delicious. The hummus was a little weak, a bit runny and bland for my taste. You must try the ice cream with rose… it was divine. We sat outside, which is my favorite place to dine and watch the bustling crowds. Owner came out to say hello and that was a nice touch.
Very good, we were very well looked after and food was very nice.
What a fabulous restaurant! To out everything into context, we went as a party of 4 (including two vegetarians). We were greeted by a very friendly owner and given menus where everything looked delicious.
We started with an appetizer of olive tapenade. It included pomegranate, a little garlic and olive oil. It was served with pieces of flatbread. Excellent flavor combination, and the very healthy portion was devoured quickly. Next, two of us ordered soup. One was a lentil soup, the other was a roasted cauliflower soup. I first tried the cauliflower, it was rich and thick and oh, so flavorful. I thought I had found a new favorite soup. Then I tried the lentil soup. I’m generally not a big fan of lentils, but this was outstanding, better even than the cauliflower. Each of the four of us raved over the soup.
Our main courses were all kabob wraps or paninis. Each was a great meal. All of us had generous portions with the freshest ingredients. The wraps were accompanied by a homemade mint yogurt that added just the right counterpoint to the wrap.
We finished with the crème brûlée and an ice cream birthday desert. Both of these were excellent!
Throughout all of this the owner would stop by and give anecdotes about the restaurant or his childhood. He was a very friendly owner and gracious host. It is quite clear his passion for the food he serves and the chef takes meticulous care to have just the right touches.
Do yourself a favor and go. It is a great dining experience.
Warm and friendly little spot near the beach. Food was excellent! Will have to go back as I wasn’t hungry enough to eat a full meal and had an appetizer instead.
I had lunch there today. I had kale salad with chicken kebab. I had never had a chicken kebab this sophisticated and tasty. My friend had lamb and he loved it too. We will definitely return to taste everything else on the menu!
I love it so much the best place in all of redondo beach and amazing sitting with very nice workers
