“Outside dining in a beautiful forest. Charming service. Outstanding food. Best pizza in SoHum, excellent Caesar salad to which we added lox and tomatoes. My wife was in heaven. I was looking forward to trying some the other menu items but, for now, they have reduced the menu to pizza, soup and salads on Mondays and Tuesdays due to a decrease in patronage due to the end of summer/vacation season. We will be back.😁“

“My husband has been stopping here for years, even before they moved. He loves the nachos. Finally got me to agree to stop....and let me tell you...the Nacho Fries did not disappoint! The queso was so delicious and the steak was prepared fresh for my order! The cute patio seating outside in the front was great for our pup too! Highly recommend!“

“Just traveling through Garberville and found your restaurant on TripAdvisor. Excellent food, excellent service, clean, very organized. The cook and the owner Chris never missed a beat. “I absolutely love The Avenue Cafe. They’ve always got my order right + the nicest staff and owners I’ve ever met. I’ve been going here for lunches/dinners for years now and I’ve never had to complain about my orders or service at all. They’re very on top of everything and make sure you are satisfied with your order. I will drive completely out of the way for the hospitality and the vibes are immaculate.“

“Their food is great! We love that there are so many options to create your own pizza and salad. The pizzas are great and the salads are amazing! Sandwiches are really good too. We also really love the monthly specials. and now they have ice cream and milkshakes, what more could you want? Super friendly folks own the business and we are always greeted with welcoming smiles when we come to get our food. Highly recommend!!“
