“What an amazing finding! We very much enjoyed the delicious empanadas from La Maja. The dough was crispy and perfectly baked. We tried different ones: Spinach, mushrooms, beef, ham and cheese. They were all outstandingly authentic and reminded us of our childhood back in Argentina! The place was clean, cozy and we felt very welcomed. Customer service is excellent! You don't want to miss this jewell in Redwood City downtown. We will definitely be coming and ordering back from La Maja.“

“Even with my limited Spanish the ladies were very nice and helped me order a delicious fresh made agua Fresca. They used actual blended mango rather than just powder and it was just the right amount of sweetness. Clean nice place and super reasonably priced go support!“

“The boba was nice! We did order via the digital screen and the option to customize sugar/ice was not offered. Or did we miss it.
We were at the place 6:30 pm on Tuesday. The only customers. The order took a loooooong time.
It’s a peculiar thing that they still seem to have their Halloween decoration out :). It’s end of February:)
