I order this though DoorDash for pickup. It’s freaking DoorDash Kitchen. Not a real restaurant. People working here a slow and won’t even acknowledge you! I hate you DoorDash! You wasted 30-45 minutes of my time! I have a busy schedule!!!

Ordered through door dash. Bulgogi fries, chocolate torte, and soy garlic chicken. All incredible. Chicken was juicy had a great crispy texture with a great sauce taste. Even reheated and maintained crisp well when we had leftovers. Also nice big portion sizes.

NEVER ordering from this restaurant again. Food was cold, had to re-heat it up in the microwave. Tortilla was half soft and half crispy/burnt and when you pick it up, it breaks at the bottom. Chicken has no flavor so they put a bunch of salty sauce on there to make up for the lack of flavor. Also, I found a piece of either hair or something between the chicken and slaw. If you look closely you'll see it in the photo I attached.

Second time trying this Peninsula location. It was much better this time around, but still a far cry from the City.

The glaze on the chicken tasted right this time, but it didn't really have that sticky glaze like it should, just basically swimming in sauce. The chicken itself was lacking on the batter, changing the flavor profile completely, and had NO crisp at all, just mushy chicken swimming in sauce. It was also really small compared to how they stack it up in SF.

The Bulgogi Fries on the other hand were a total disappointment. I've eaten these in SF at least 100 times, and while there's always a range depending on who's cooking and how the meat is cut, this was totally different.

The fries were thicker krinkle cut, there was hardly any meat, cheese, or sauce, and the bulgogi steak was a completely different cut, more like crumbles than strips, and had a different flavor all together.

When these are prepared correctly you have meat, cheese, sauce, and fries with every bite, and usually finish the fries before you run out of anything else.

The first two pics are to show how sparse these were today on the Peninsula, and all other pics are from Aria in SF for comparison.

This is the panda express of Korean food.So sweet, and tasted like they used cayenne for any spice. For future readers, here's a better alternative: Ttobongee

Please don't call these Korean fried chicken because it's nothing like it. I feel kinda offended.

They're just chicken fillets that are not crunchy, dry, thick battered, and bland on its own without the dipping sauce (which they forgot to deliver).

Bulgogi rice bowl came with no dumpling and no kimchi as promised, nor substitutions. Whatever was used to "finish off scallions" finished them off for good, as they visually bended in with the meat and added zero flavor. The "fried egg on top" that it supposedly comes with is the same egg that I optionally added for $1 extra. Sauce was overpowering, so I couldn't use very much. It did help break up the monotony once the egg was gone. Maybe that's what people like about street food? Rice and meat were good, but the overall meal was not as advertised and did not feel complete. Any fewer stars and I would have complained directly to the business that so kindly purchased it for me. Personally I will never choose to eat here.

This Aria is located at the DoorDash Kitchens, so you place your order online on DoorDash, and pick up your order at the door. I think there's a limited number of people actually working to hand orders out, but that's a DoorDash thing, not an Aria thing.I ordered food for pickup on a Friday evening (~6pm), and the food was ready pretty quickly (15mins). I ordered the Family Bundle (Combo A), which included Korean Fried Chicken with Garlic Soy (10 pieces), Gangjung Fried Chicken with Sweet and Spicy (10 pieces), and an order of Bulgogi Kimbap. I also got the Bulgogi Fries and the Mandu Ganjung with the Garlic Soy glaze.I'd say the Garlic Soy Mandu Ganjung was amazing 10/10, would order again, and probably a double order next time. ? KFC and GJ Fried Chicken were both also pretty good - note it's all meat, no bones! I have no problem with that actually, just was surprised cause I thought it would be like wings/drums. The chicken was nice and juicy and the different sauces paired well with it. My personal favorite is the Garlic Soy sauce, but the Green sauce was also a hit. The Bulgogi Fries and Bulgogi Kimbap were just okay for me.

Very delicious food. Sweet and spicy glaze is wonderful. The taco sampler is my go-to comfort delivery food.
