Let me start off by saying I eat chipotle 2 times a day for about 5 days a week because it's healthy and fast. I went to this particular chipotle during my 30 minute lunch over this Mexican grill near by.. when I got there I ordered a steak bowl. When she got to the steak she put 1/2 a spoon. I asked for a little more and she said "double" I said no a little more" she added two peaces of the fat part of the meat and that's it. This is in total is still 1/2 spoon. I've been to chipotle hundred of times and they always put a full spoon then 1/4 of the second spoon.. this lady was a smart ass and I went on with my day back to work when I sat down to eat it I realized all 7 small cube peace's of steak were fat and not edible I could even chew them I literally ate no steak at all On top of it being ridiculousLu small portions. Now my bowl is full of rice and a little bit of beans.. I never care for reviews but I logged on because I was starving and I'm PISSED. Payed around $12 something for basically brown rice and beans. Note that the rice is also hard out of all the things too! I threw it away. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. AGAIN DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. It sucks! And this is coming from a fan of theirs.. this was my first time being disappointed with chipotl. This might be a franchise and the owner probably being cheap or not properly training their staff. STAY AWAY.

Ordered a quesadilla from this location. Not sure if this is what they’re supposed to look like…. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Every single ingredient including both sauces were all separate. Not ordering it again.

Went here right before noon 2x in the last 2 weeks. Nothing bad to say. Employees were friendly and smiling. Gave out decent portions. The food was fresh and tasty because it was just cooked. Not sure who's putting the bad reviews but it's all untrue. It's new. Give them a chance. Overall this chipotle seems to have a little smaller foot print but it does have a call/order ahead pick up window which is cool. Overall Chipotle restaurants have gone a little downhill over the past few years.

I was happy that a Chipotle moved in near me-- not anymore. First time, I ordered on line. The order wasn't ready on time-- no big deal. They wrote the names of orders on the wrong bowls-- still no biggie. Next time I ordered on line, picked it up brought it home. The two bowls were completely wrong. Both lacked ordered ingredients-- salsa, sour cream, corn. How could the confuse the orders, there weren't any other customers. I called the store. They wouldn't pick up the phone. This is the Chipotle from hell. Won't be going back.

You suck chipotle this location has awful service and they wanted 4.00 small cheese quesadillas when the other locations charge 2.50. Don't come here, go to San Carlos

definitely less food than other chipotles in the area. Employees there definitely behave like they didn't want to be there. two things that bothered me: 1) one time they tried to charge me for guac when I didn't order it and 2) I asked for extra corn and sour cream but employee acted like he didn't hear it and just ignored it. The only bright side is the cashier. She is the friendliest of them all. may be worth the extra 5 min drive to san carlos or san mateo if you are craving chipotle.

It was very loud ( music blaring) and cramped. The food didn't look very appetizing and fresh so all I got was some rice with salsa Also the signage is bad and not informative- so would I go back? probably not.

It's white folk Mexican food. Place is clean, new, staff is great & im happy I have another choice in the neighborhood. My go to's are the burrito bowl or quesadilla. You pay a little extra for quality ingredients. NBD. If you are expecting authentic or cheap street tacos you came to the wrong place. The best part is food is consistent at every location Exactly what you want when you go to a chain restaurant. Will return as often as I need a fast casual healthy option I can pick up & get home while it's still hot.

The food tastes the same as any chipotle but the workers do not know how to properly wrap a burrito. The lack of common sense in the workers is disturbing and should be investigated by managers.Parking: The number of spots near the chipotle is not a lot.
