Went here right before noon 2x in the last 2 weeks. Nothing bad to say. Employees were friendly and smiling. Gave out decent portions. The food was fresh and tasty because it was just cooked. Not sure who's putting the bad reviews but it's all untrue. It's new. Give them a chance. Overall this chipotle seems to have a little smaller foot print but it does have a call/order ahead pick up window which is cool. definitely less food than other chipotles in the area. Employees there definitely behave like they didn't want to be there. two things that bothered me: 1) one time they tried to charge me for guac when I didn't order it and 2) I asked for extra corn and sour cream but employee acted like he didn't hear it and just ignored it. The only bright side is the cashier. She is the friendliest of them all. may be worth the extra 5 min drive to san carlos or san mateo if you are craving...read full review

Ordered a quesadilla from this location. Not sure if this is what they’re supposed to look like…. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Every single ingredient including both sauces were all separate. Not ordering it again.
