Their delicious food, well-presented options, and commitment to exceeding expectations have earned them a stellar reputation. The service provided, from set-up of the tables to service during the party and clean up after, was superb. The owner assisted in developing the menu and level of service. The platters and canapés were beautifully prepared and plated. All guests commented on the quality of the food. The Key Lime tart was a hit. Crystal Springs did a phenomenal job catering for family birthday parties. The food was superb, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. The staff on-site were friendly and hospitable, on time, and completely prepared.
