I want to start out by saying that I work in customer service so I know what it means to treat a customer respectfully. I have to say that I was not treated respectfully. When I walked in, I was not certain what I wanted so I moved over to the side and the person who was taking my order was very rude in asking me if was ready to order. When I walked up to the register, the person asked me if I was finally ready to order, so as I was ordering my first item, he didn't give me a chance to say what else I wanted, he just kept asking me "anything else" and I wanted my burger a particular way so he neglected to put it down while I ordering my food and I paid. When my food came he threw into the bag what was missing and when I asked him where a straw was, he just pointed as if he was too busy to tell me respectfully. I will never be returning to this location after such disrespect from this employee.

This is a very small Jack in the Box. The service is also unfortunately slow, and there is very little seating. The parking is even tighter.

The guy at the window got our order completely messed up, and when we let him know at the window he told us we needed to drive back around & order over.. I don't think he understood our order or cared to.

Honestly not great, but I guess "okay" is adequate. My husband and I stopped in here around 8pm on a Sunday night. Mostly we needed to use the restroom, but we also bought a drink and some little mini cinnamon rolls. To start with, I stood waiting at the counter (no customers ahead of me) for some time before the woman behind the counter acknowledged me at all. She basically filled 2 other orders entirely before even greeting me or making eye contact or telling me she'd be right with me etc. The floor behind the counter was also quite messy, with trash and stuff scattered about. I watched her finish up an order and use up the last of some whipped cream on top of a drink. She then attempted to toss the empty whipped cream can into a bin under the counter but missed, and it clattered to the floor and rolled into the middle of the aisle. Later, when it was in her way, she kicked at it rather than just move it to the trash. I realize if she touched it, she'd have to wash up after, but honestly someone needed to have a schedule to clean the floor. I saw one other employee so maybe it was just the two of them and maybe they were just doing all they could to stay afloat. It didn't seem that busy to me, but what do I know. Oh, she also had a lot of trouble understanding me. I tried to ask what was in the mini tacos. She explained there were 2 kinds - loaded, or regular. I asked what was inside the regular mini tacos? Was it beef? She didn't understand. After a few minutes of me trying to ask repeatedly, she was able to confirm it was beef. So I said Okay, I want to get the mini cinnamon rolls, making sure to enunciate so the change would be heard. Instead she said, "You want the mini tacos? How many?" so I we went back and forth a few more times before I was understood. I feel like the giant plastic sheets hanging down were definitely making it hard to be understood, though half of this time I had simply moved to speak around it. In the end, the mini cinnamon rolls weren't something I'd get again. Needed more cinnamon goo. Bread was kind of boring and a little dry. I don't think I'll be returning unless it's some kind of emergency.

This Jack in the Box is slow and seems to prioritize the drive-through over the in-person line. It's always frustrating when a restaurant doesn't give equal attention to all customers.

This is the 5th time that this has happened to me on the same jack. They forget to put my food that I payed for in the bag. I tried to check the order but they told me I had to move like all the other 4 time that this has happened so I drove off half-ways home I pulled over and guess what I had food missing so I drive back when I get back they laugh. I had to ask for the manager like 7 time when he comes to the window his laughing with no name tag I asked for his full name multiple time and he said he was going to call the cops on me he said his name was Jose and that the owner will be there Monday. Ok if jack in the box cares about the customer service I hope to talk to this owner on Monday you guys have so much bad reviews about the same issues. If I was the owner I would just close down. You guys get -10 starts
