Honestly not great, but I guess "okay" is adequate. My husband and I stopped in here around 8pm on a Sunday night. Mostly we needed to use the restroom, but we also bought a drink and some little mini cinnamon rolls. To start with, I stood waiting at the counter (no customers ahead of me) for some time before the woman behind the counter acknowledged me at all. This Jack in the Box is slow and seems to prioritize the drive-through over the in-person line. It's always frustrating when a restaurant doesn't give equal attention to all customers.

The guy at the window got our order completely messed up, and when we let him know at the window he told us we needed to drive back around & order over.. I don't think he understood our order or cared to.
