About another 25% of the time they make my chunky strawberry bowl using non-standard ingredients, meaning that it tastes unusual and has an unusual consistency. Only about half the time I visit this location do I leave with an order that matches my expectations. I used to love Jamba Juice. now visiting Jamba Juice is an exercise in frustration.

I like this location a lot. Always has great A/C, has some outdoor seating (with shade), and some indoor seating. Workers are kind, courteous, and efficient. Order comes out in a good amount of time.

Don’t pay for extra adds ons because they will not add it. I paid an extra dollar for Nutella drizzle and got no Nutella drizzle I left so sad. I said thank you and no response. Save your time and go to a different Jamba Juice this one sucks.

I’ve been a few times now.
Parking is very easy as it is in a larger shopping complex.
It really depends on time of day, last time I was the second person to place the order and yet had to wait about 12-15 minutes for the one smoothie I’d ordered. Most recently, it was empty when I came, and the lady took my order very quickly and made it immediately.
I did notice the new menu does not list the ingredients for each smoothie which made riding a bit cumbersome as I then had to ask the person taking the order.

Lavi was very polite, she helped me place my order and she went to WASH HER HANDS after touching the register to prepare my order ! Hygiene is the reason why I don’t like eating out, but I trust this place now with hygiene. And my drink was delicious. Thank you Lavi!!! I hope you get recognized for your great work. ?
Service and products are good, but the store itself is awful. I would be embarrassed if I managed it. The decorations are tacky (weird pictures on cardboard) and confusing (a random broken bicycle blocking a corner). And nowhere to sit.
