Ordered a tostada de carne asada, the tostada they gave me was half broken soggy and stale, too much crema that made it even soggier. I ordered the plate with beans and rice which tasted like day old rice. The chips also came stale.

Had my very first pupusa in my life and loved it. Although it doesn't look sexy delicious, it tastes great especially with the toasty crunchy cheese underneath. Someone recommended Karlita's along Woodside in Redwood City and they do a pupusa good! Takes about 10 minutes to make as they cook it fresh after ordering. Costs about 5.50. I suggest the pork and cheese and add jalapeno to you pupusa for some added kick.

An ok place to get pupusas when Cipotes is closed (on Mondays). Pupusas and crudito were ok, just good enough. Coffee came after I finished the first pupusa. I Asked for hot sauce, but never got it. I got there just after it opened, and I got the feeling that I was interupting their work. I eas the only customer. A very distant second best to Cipotes.
