Came on a Friday at 6:30 pm and they were closed. Hours are until 7 pm. They said that they weren't busy and decided to close early. Places that do this annoy me. There are some people who go out of their way and travel a distance just to visit one of their favorite establishments and closing early out of the blue is like a slap in the face to them. Never going again. There are plenty of other good taquerias in the area. El Maguey, El Metate, Los Carnalitos, etc

Wow! Best fish tacos and delish chicken chile relleno! Such a nice owner working with his daughter. Wish we lived closer to make this our regular spot!

Decent authentic tasting taqueria. The only drawback is the inside seating, there are only three tiny tables. There's outside seating on the sidewalk but if it's windy you don't want that.

*VERY* good carnitas - a little crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and tasty all over. I got the regular carnitas burrito which was a distraction from the carnitas. Next time I will get a carnitas plate, maybe with a side of rice. Drinks are expensive.

Caldo de res was on the rim of being expired (agrio in Spanish) the barbacoa was very salty and couldn’t eat it. The fresh squeezed juice was $8 for a small cup when you can go to other places and pay $7 for a large cup. Not sure how this place has 4.6 stars. I don’t recommend this place. Food is not freshly made, it’s re heated and salty. I ended up with a really bad stomachache and a lot of gases. It’s very cold inside, in one of their walls the window doesn’t have a glass so the cold air comes in.

Their food is over price and is not even authentic Mexican food.if you want authentic Mexican food go down south of California

If you're a fan of Mexican food, it's an awesome place. Plus, many specialty home cooked specials that will absolutely satisfy any authentic aficionado of Mexican food. Husband/wife owned/run. Very frendly!
