I, personally, think this place is a bit overrated 😕. My kid, however, loves it and is the only reason we keep coming back. My daughter always gets a croissant, few macarons, and something new to try out. She has liked everything but the flan and lemon loaf (her yaya loved the lemon loaf!) .. the loaves taste like cheese with barely a hint of lemon (marble is ok). Reminds me of a salvadorean quesadilla (sweet cheese bread/cornbread like..). idk. Everything is visually appealing,...
Convenient location in the heart of downtown Redwood City. There are street and garage / lot options around for parking (note they are paid options), and even a bike rack in front of the shop if you ride over. There are both inside and outside seating options, though the inside has limited seating options which isn't conducive to meeting someone and hanging out. I noticed there seemed to be single people in tables for 2+ people (tough for employees to do anything about that)....
Ambiance: Lovely setting with both indoor seating and a cozy backyard area. It’s charming but can get quite busy, so expect a wait, especially during peak hours. Not the best spot for large gatherings, but great for smaller groups or a relaxed meal.

Customer Service: The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant even when the place is crowded. They do offer a high chair for little ones, though there’s no dedicated kids’ menu.
