Very noisy place, bad-smelling atmosphere, awful food, and poor service. Not worth it at all. ITS A RIPOFF THEY LET YOU PAY IN ADVANCE FOR A SMELLY FOOD.

I came with a bunch of work colleagues and the atmosphere was nice. The outdoor seating was nice and the staff were helpful, although they didn't come around too often unless we ordered something in the app. This meant that plates were left for quite a while. I looked around to other tables and didn't see anyone helping them regularly either.

The food was OK, not great or memorable but we were ordering for the group so we couldn't get a real meal. We had hummus, lamb, and chicken with some bread. The chocolate cake was good, rich but not overwhelming.

I think the best part was just hanging out with friends, and I saw that with other tables as well, everyone just enjoyed their time and relaxed. Not being pushed out for the next person.

We had a reservation and arrived on time, but they gave our table to another group who came after us. No apology and no effort to fix it. Very unprofessional and disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Really disappointed with my experience at Pasha in Redwood City. We were seated and had already started settling in when staff suddenly told us they were giving our table to someone else. There was no apology, no clear explanation, just “you have to move.”

We had done nothing wrong and were already ordering. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to be moved like that, especially after we had been seated first. The staff handled the situation poorly and acted like it was an inconvenience to even address it.

It completely ruined the vibe of the night. A lounge should make guests feel welcome and relaxed, not pushed aside. Definitely won’t be coming back after that experience.

I had such a great experience here. The hospitality here is amazing and everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk in.
A special shout-out to the bartender Fatima and the manager Ahmet seriously one of the best! You can tell they really care about the guests. If you’re looking for good food, great hookah, great vibe and top-tier service, Pasha is the spot!
I highly recommend this place!

Awful customer service and staff so rude! Terrible experience! They clearly prioritize people they know over others on the waitlist. We were waiting for HOURS and not even kidding. while others who came after us were seated right away. definitely won't be coming back
