I mobile ordered it, and got a $3 discount! It was ready super fast and when I walked in the barista was so nice. Not only that, but the coffee was so yummy (and they have oat milk)! Definitely coming back!!

Location: This coffee spot is a nice location - close to downtown, el camino, parking and farmers market on Saturday. You get a friendly hello when you walk in.. from somewhere in the store. I commend the person who does this because I imagine it could be exhausting after the 15th time. Wait: The wait to order took 5 minutes and there wasn't anyone else in line... just me waiting on the staff. Drink took a little over 8 minutes, so it was fast. Looking for a place to wait for your drink may be difficult. Very limited space to wait for your drink. I guess my name is hard to pronounce, the barista that made it didn't even try calling my name out. I had to ask if the drink was mine. Coffee: the coffee is good -- good balance of coffee and sweetness without the over encompassing coffee punch. I like their ice coffee more than I like Starbucks. I ordered the ice brewed oat milk but the amount was horrible. See attached picture. how come my cold brew is missing 15% from the top and that's me counting the foam too. Summary: good location, wait time sucks, and good coffee. I've been here a few times -- mornings, weekends, and noon -- and the wait seems to be the norm. I'll try a few more times to see if I just come on bad times. Hoping to give a better review, If not, I guess I'll just travel a little further for Philz or Starbucks. This location used to have 2 vegan sandwiches and now only has one, but that wasn't clear. After asking the elderly woman at the register which one they had left for the day, she said they only had one, "the plant-based" sandwich (which doesn't clarify which of the 2 it is). I asked which one, and she just repeated herself, so I said ok sure I'll take that one. Not so terrible of an interaction, until the creepy guy behind me who was just harassing me (actual terrible interaction) asked the elderly woman if I was "being nice" to her and the elderly woman said "she's giving me a hard time about the sandwich but she's ok." Definitely didn't give her a hard time, and clearly I can't tell her this guy is a creep. So I'll just stay away from this location.

I am from Santa Cruz and recently brought a friend to Sequoia Hospital. We ended up going to Pete's and were pleasantly surprised.Everyone was super friendly, and the coffee was great! The shop was immaculate and the sidewalk outside was clean.Thank you for giving us a great impression of your beautiful city!
