Chicken sandwich was awesome but..... the service here is almost always horrible. I ordered from the app multiple times and every time it tells me the order is ready only to arrive and have nothing prepared until I ask them. I have even sat and watched other people come in. Order, and receive their food while I am still waiting for my order. The workers are clueless.

Our favorite fried chicken place. Wait is usually short and employees very accommodating allowing an extra biscuit substitution for the side. Really miss that Cajun rice though...

I ordered my food on line to get it delivered and with no explanation my food was cancelled and wasn't issued my refund I was told to call Popeyes for an explanation on why my order was cancelled but could not get a hold of anyone I was not issued my refund Popeyes is expensive for me to get my order cancelled

One of the best fried chicken around. They are always freshly fry and it does not sit there for any length of time.
They have updated their sitting area. They also have self-ordering individual monitor station to help with faster turnover.

Food quality has diminished from the last time I was at this location. Employees looked disinterested in their job. The place looked empty. The whole experience was somewhat sad.

I visited after finding out that there was a Popeyes nearby.
The store is an ordinary fast food restaurant. There wasn't a long wait, but there were quite a few people.
Compared to the two places, Chop Filet and Dave's Chicken, the chicken in the chicken sandwich was the most delicious and fresh.
Also, in terms of cost-effectiveness, I felt it was better than other places (though not as good as In-N-Out).
Another advantage is that the spiciness and customization of the chicken flavor can be adjusted in various ways and there are many side menus.

Took over 10 minutes to get a sandwich, in the time I waited, I saw an order rung up incorrectly twice while 3 employees stood around doing nothing.

This location is clean on the outside and inside, the staff is very friendly and in clean uniforms, and the food is hot and right as you order it. Excellent all around.
