To the barista who was so put out to hand a cup of ice to me even after i purchased something and after i even said when you have time, sorry you hate your job. There are other occupations that might suit your sour demeanor cuz i know when i was trained at Starbucks that attitude would have been checked!! Good thing i don't frequent this location often. Sequoia Station sooooooooooo much better.

The young lady at the counter talked to low. The music was a bit loud and since she was wearing a mask and her voice was low it was very hard to hear her. Her sarcastic response to my asking if she could speak a bit louder, due to her wearing a mask, she said "well then you will be catching germs."Yes she is a bit afraid of all the germs in the air but she did not need to be rude.She is a child and still learning about CS.

This place has a pretty chill vibe here. It is always busy with orders but I have been here a few times and have never had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Customer service is great here and my drinks ALWAYS come out ??. Plenty of space to find to sit and they have several different styles of seating area which I find comforting as a customer. ?The bathrooms are a little run down and kind of too dim for my liking. I actually try to avoid using the restroom here the toilets don't flush very well. I also understand that this is a high volume place where the bathrooms are often used.

I now realize why I don’t frequently come to this Starbucks! The cashier and barista were RUDE. I don’t know what the problem was but good customer service? NOT AT THIS ONE. No hello, how can I help you? NOTHING. Just want do you want, anything else, anything else? Are you not happy?! It really shows. I thought people who work at Starbucks are supposed to be happy not miserable to some customers. It’s a shame because this Starbucks is right downtown RWC. Hire some people who are talkative, nice & welcoming!!! Won’t ever be back to this one!!
