Delectable food, good drink, generous rolls.

Great portions for a fair price. This is my go to place for sushi. If you were like me and have a sushi habit and sometimes just need a good fix, I can’t recommend this place enough. While the sushi here will not blow your mind, everything is super tasty and fresh, and the vibe is great.

I grabbed some takeout from this place on the way home. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box for my friend (safe choice, I thought), and for myself I ordered a spicy tuna hand roll and an unagi roll, my go-to quick order for any sushi place.

The server was very polite and brought my food out to me when it was ready. When I got home, I couldn't have been more disappointed with the food. The spicy tuna didn't have any spicy mayo, so I guess it was just tuna. The fish in both sushi rolls had the consistency of soggy bread, and tasted pretty bad. For context, I have eaten pre-packaged sushi rolls from hospital cafeterias and mall food courts many times with no issues.

The kicker was the chicken teriyaki. It was drenched in watery teriyaki sauce, and the rice had a LONG black hair in it. When my friend pulled it out, both of us felt sick to our stomachs. Neither of us ate much after that. Never going here again, regardless of what anyone says. Hopefully it closes soon.

Nice atmosphere, owners and staff were attentive and food was served quickly. Hot was hot and cold was cold. We ate just appetizers and we're stuffed.

Eating here used to be one of my favorite things to do. Was a regular customer for 7+ years. When the quality was there. I was totally unprepared for the disappointment I would experience when I ordered out a few months ago. The head chef must have died or left. The agedashi tofu was HARD and flavorless. The rice tastes stale and unseasoned (no vinegar, nothing). The veggies and fish lacked freshness. The tempura was soggier, thicker batter. It’s not terrible, but it’s not what it was and the price makes it totally out of the question. Im giving 2 stars cause I don’t want to see a small business tank just because the new chef is as lost as a horse in a coal mine, but this is a plea to do better. I will eat here again. just please.

Taking out one star because the place is a little cramped. I would highly recommend this place! Their food is always so good and the price is extremely reasonable! I've eaten here plenty of times now to write this review and can say the bentos are the highest value but you definitely want to try their rolls and Ikura-Don! My family probably eats here once a week now. The service here is always so friendly and accommodating as well! One highlight is that Miso Soup, which is typically whatever in terms of taste for me, tasted very good!

Parking: Pretty of spots with disabled parking right in front.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs!

Food is tasty here. There’s nice outdoor dining. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Both sit down dining n take out. The food is pricey but they serve a nice variety. Some of the waitresses are too serious. C’mon let’s greet n smile when diners arrive. The middle aged gentleman who rang up my takeout once was very cordial n he smiled. Yep, that’s what I call itadakimasu!

The roasted rice tea was served beautifully in an open tea bag strainer.?The four sushi rolls were delicious! Hospitality was ? due to a delcious complimentary dish of fish collar.?

Came here after a hike nearby on a Saturday at about 1:30 and was happy to find a sushi place with such high ratings so decided to give it a go. There was seating outside but it was a bit warm so we decided to sit inside. They had music playing in the background and it was honestly a bit loud and distracting. Service was prompt and they took our order without trying to rush us.

We ended up ordering a nabeyaki udon, 49er roll, BoB roll, and a Mountain View roll along with some tea and a drink. Our first impressions were that everything was priced a bit higher than we expected, but hey, as long as the food delivered, that shouldn't be an issue. I think the first tip off that this wasn't going to be the case was the ginger and wasabi that was brought to us in a little togo plastic container. I honestly didn't know what to say to this, I was just blown away at how unexpected that was.

Food didn't take too long to get out (maybe 15 minutes). They did bring out two bowls for us to share the udon, so that was nice. Don't mean to be disrespectful or anything but the noodles tasted like instant noodles. The broth was very flat and tasted like it came from a powder. On to the sushi, 49er roll had a nice touch where they added some additional salmon inside of the roll as well as on top. Haven't seen this before and was excited thinking that their sushi was much better quality and was a bit disappointed. While the fish quality wasn't bad, it wasn't particularly good either and had a fishy smell/taste to them. This was much more apparent in the 49er roll since it wasn't doused in sauce. By now, we didn't expect much out of either of the two rolls and they were just about the same quality.

I'm hoping they had a really off day or their main chef was off or something. I'm not sure I'd go back. The prices were just too high for us considering the quality of the food.

I am Dordash and I feel very sad about the treatment they gave me in this restaurant. I felt despised when they told me I had to wait far from the entrance and I told myself to skip ahead in a very rude tone of voice. You are racist to the other people in your class. same origin they were treated better but the Dordash that we were collecting had a terrible and very bad experience.
