We just stopped in this afternoon (Saturday), there was one party ordering ahead of us then two who came in after. We ordered two coffees, one katsu sandwich, and one order of dumplings. The coffee took 10-15 minutes to come out after we ordered but the food wound up taking about 40 minutes (around 45 from when we walked in the door). It was pretty good overall (the sandwich had a little more sauce and salt than it needed) but we were really surprised by just how slow the service...

We came in for just a coffee and ended up ordering the chicken katsu Sandwich and shrimp dumplings. The food and drinks were delicious, I am definitly coming back here!

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love their cakes, drinks and foods! Unfortunately, there was this one incident that made me become very cautious every time I ordered here. I ordered a Chicken-Katsu (sorry if I spelt that wrong) with rice. And when I got it to go and left to my house I discovered (WHILST EATING) that the chicken was bare raw in the middle!
