I am so disappointed with my last few visits. The drinks have been so poorly made. 😭 I don't have time to explain myself and wait for it to hopefully get remade. I don't know what the policy is after I've already left the premises
I was just disappointed today .
My tea was 99.9% ice 😭😭😭

Dutch Bros Coffee in Reedley offers a welcoming and cheerful environment, especially for first-time visitors. Customers appreciate the friendly staff who receive orders promptly with a smile, and some mention specific employees like Tamera for their caring attitude and good conversation skills. The atmosphere is described as fun and healthy, with a positive vibe created by young staff members who are often college students doing their best. Regulars note that the shop is overall enjoyable, and some staff members go out of their way to make trips worthwhile. However, there are occasional issues with order accuracy, such as wrong sizes or drinks not being made as ordered, and some inconsistency in how orders are prepared. Despite this, the general experience is positive, with many highlighting the cheerful staff and welcoming atmosphere that make visits pleasant.
