El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its flavorful and fresh-tasting meals. Customers generally have positive experiences, with the food described as "perfect," "flavorful," and "fresh." The service is also praised, though some customers have encountered minor issues like a long brown hair in the chicken or difficulties using a card at the drive-thru.
The staff is friendly, and the management is also commended, with one store manager, Jose, noted for his dedication to making every meal delicious and fresh. The restaurant has recently undergone an upgrade, but the drive-thru remains small. Vegetarian options are limited, but the chicken is consistently great. Overall, El Pollo Loco remains a reliable choice for those seeking a tasty and satisfying meal.
