Sooo if you know me, you know how important outstanding customer service is to me - both giving it and receiving it😊. My visit to Jack in the Box this afternoon was less than pleasant. ( yes y’all know I’m a jack in the box fanatic!! Don’t judge me).

The drive through person was rude, short, and made me feel like I was interrupting his day. The person at the pick up window appeared to have the same miserable attitude... not acceptable.

Service was nice and the food was prepared the way we order it! Also very clean.
Service is hit or miss. My curly ferrous are always cold and the chicken strips are the size of McNuggets
