I come here about 3 sometimes 4 times a day. So I can tell who is working just by how long the line is and the time of day usually. most of the staff is great but a few are are just collecting a check. That's cool we all been there. But be friendly, if you can't be friendly then get a new job. World doesn't need grumps at MCDs

Asked for no salt on French fries. They gave to me in bag to indicate their understanding of no salt fries,however, when I started eating, the fries had usual salt on them. Had to waste. I ate 3 fries before I realized.

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches 1 had a hair got it replaced then once I got home 2nd sandwich had the same hair wear a hair net or shave your damn beard

All of the McDonald's in my area are horrible... except the Casmalia location! The food is nearly always fresh, they will make it fresh if you ask them to, the chocolate chip cookies are delicious (unlike the ones in my area,) and they customer service is always exceptional. T My only complaint about them is that when I order the cookie tote, they ask me to wait (which is no problem whatsoever.) But they will give me my food while I wait and I don't like that because the fries get cold. Other than that, I Love this McDonald's location. I wont go to any other location.

First off, I appreciate that this location is locally owned and operated. Supporting local businesses is important, and I always root for them to succeed. Unfortunately, it seems like this particular branch is facing some operational hurdles. My experiences, especially through the drive-thru, hinted at a team that might be a bit stretched thin.
I decided to venture inside once, thinking it would be a nice change of pace. However, I quickly realized that the drive-thru seemed to take precedence over in-store customers. I found myself waiting longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The ambiance inside didn’t help either; it felt more like a high school cafeteria than the clean, inviting space I associate with McDonald's. There was a noticeable amount of trash and food debris that could definitely use some attention.
As for the food, well, it’s McDonald's! You know what you’re getting - classic flavors that hit the spot when you’re in the mood for a quick bite. The prices are definitely wallet-friendly, which is always a plus in today’s economy.
In summary, if you’re in the area and just need a quick McDonald's fix, the drive-thru will serve you well. But if you’re hoping for a pleasant dining experience inside, you might want to consider your options or be prepared for a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Here’s hoping they can improve the cleanliness and service soon, as I’d love to see this location shine!

If I could give zero stars I would, every time I've gone here they close before the time they are supposed to even though they are still there, the food is cold or old when they actually are open, and the attitudes of the workers there are terrible. I don't understand how hard it is to hire competent people, these ones are definitely not.
