This boba place is amazing. Hands down the best in Rialto. Friendly service, drinks always on time, and made perfectly just about all the time. The rare occasion they made it wrong I was instructed to come back and they redid it and offered another free drink just for the trouble. I'm a fan of places that take care of their customers and I feel valued here. Highly recommended!

Ding Tea Rialto is a boba spot that many find amazing and addictive, considered the best in the area. The shop is decorated very beautifully with cool chill vibes, and it is very clean with plenty of seating. It is more than just a boba spot, also offering food and desserts like macarons. There are many options to choose from, from fresh teas to milk teas. Drinks like the brown sugar milk tea with crème brûlée are described as absolutely delicious, refreshing, amazing, and tastes good, with boba pearls that are freshly made.
The workers are consistently noted as lovely, thoughtful, sweet, and kind, often greeting customers with welcoming smiles and amazing customer service. Orders are typically done with care and intention, though with only one worker present it can take a little longer than usual. Some find the pricing a little pricey. A minor downside mentioned is that the shop can feel super hot inside. Despite this, the overall experience is highly recommended, leaving customers soo happy to have a Ding Tea close by and planning to continue coming back.
