Just ate here and I’m still trying to figure out why dajhia J had so much attitude. Not a single thank you or nothing. Pretty much just rudely handed us the bag and that’s it. This isn’t the type of person you should have at a drive through window. They leave customers with a sour taste and not wanting to return. Line wasn’t long but the wait took forever.
I believe I arrived during a shift change... so I expected a slight delay, but this really was slow. 4 cars (I was the 3rd) waited at the drive through order speaker for a ridiculous amount of time. Once they started to take orders again, it moved at a normal pace. The food was almost at room temperature and not appealing (although I love the food). Told to wait out front for the rest of the order because there were cars behind us, so we waited 10 minutes, and went inside to find the order on a shelf to be delivered to me??? Poor customer service at the window from Roxie who had a nice nasty smile. Oh, and my order was missing the spring rolls.
