Please be really careful when ordering chicken from this restaurant I ordered mushroom chicken and the chicken was extremely raw half way eaten I noticed a nasty texture and found a couple pieces really scary so disappointing that workers don't care to fully cook the food and endanger customers... will no longer be consuming from panda express they really need too hire employees that ensure proper safe food handling this is unacceptable!!!!! I ordered to go and decided to place chicken in this bags to keep proof

Of course I don't expect it to be overflowing with food but when I'm paying extra in box to go I at least expect it to be a bit more filled especially when we waiting for the next Bach of chicken mushroom, not only that but I got over it till my mom got scared and thought she bit on bone there was in fact a plastic piece in her orange chicken we ignored thew it out, but to find another piece. Called wanted to let them know I actually wanted to say more till I got told "okay thank you". Click. Look service was great when we got our food people were nice just thought we could take that "great" with us.

I am posting this on behalf of my mother. She went today and ordered from the drive thru and she told them her order 4 times and they still got it wrong all 4 times. She spoke to 2 young ladies that were extremely rude and telling her that she never told them that she wanted extra shrimp on her order. She ordered the shrimp fire cracker and brócoli beef. She knew that it would be an extra charge for the 6 shrimp, the young lady told my mother that it would be an extra 1.50 which my mother was fine with. She gets to the window and the young lady asked again for the second time what was her order and was charging my mother an extra 3 dollars when the plate costs 13.30. So, the young lady looked back at my mom confused herself as well on the pricing and let my mother know that it would actually be 12.80 for the total. Then after the young lady verified the order then another young lady came to the window and asked my mother for third time what was the order and she repeated the same thing that she wanted 6 extra shrimp. Then this other girl confirmed that the order was fine. When they gave her the order she opened the plate to make sure that the 6 extra shrimp were included in the plate. When she checked the 6 extra shrimp were not there. So my mother knocked on the window and asked to speak to the first young lady and showed her the plate so she can see that the 6 shrimp were missing. The young lady said that my mother never ordered them and then she called the second young lady and asked my mom with attitude what was the problem and my mother got upset and asked to speak to their manger. The manager came up to the window with attitude and asked again what was the problem and my mother for the fourth time let him know that she never got the 6 extra shrimp she had asked for from the very beginning. She let him know that the money was not the problem she just wanted to get her shrimp and pay the difference. The manger then asked the first young lady if she already he charged the difference and she first told him yes and then said no and the manager tried to overcharge my mother again the whole amount. At this point my mother was furious and just told them to give her the food and that she couldn't believe how incompetent they are. Would not recommend to any one to come here the staff is very rude and they are all very unprofessional specially the manager that could not solve this simple issue.

Sometimes the food still raw and evertime its less food. I don't mind the price but food it's not In a constant flavor and portions .

The new Anda express on San Bernardino Ave. and Sierra please be careful I ordered a bowl of noodles and teriyaki chicken. I've had diarrhea for three days now after eating that what a mess. Be careful you don't want to be sitting on the toilet for three days with massive diarrhea..
I went to this location and they took my order right I order a family meal and they didn’t have containers they gave me little bowls for my order which was a smaller amount than the reg family meal container they didn’t give me my receipt they didn’t return my debit card and I had to drive back to get my debit card and when I called to ask for my receipt and my debit card back all they said was, Sorry you can come pick it when even you want. The server in my receipt was Samantha and this happened 12/10/23 @ 11:34am. This place is okay but just check your wallet before you leave or drive and waste your time and money here.

Went to this location following church on 12/3. We utilized the drive through option and while the young woman who took our order was cheerful and gracious the portions were quite meager. I've had the same dish, black Angus steak bowl with half chow mein and half rice, at a location near my home in Apple Valley and the amount of meat compared to this is far superior. I don't recommend ordering black pepper Angus steak from this location in Rialto CA.
