$83+ This is my first time writing a review. I left so upset. But I didn’t take it out on the workers. They’re human. First of all the Waitress was kind. Thank you for trying . We chose NORMS due to the commercials. As well as celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday, my son, leaving to the Navy and my son receiving his driving permit. Service was absolutely horrible. I say that because It was our first time and last Time coming to NORMS. I wasn’t aware of the extra prices when asked what sides would I like French toast?pancakes? Toast? Until I seen the bill . The steak was like a cartoon steak, ask for medium rare but received hard, dry and cold. It took forever. Considering it was a Saturday, not too many customers. We ordered a lemonade that looked delicious on the menu, but received It in a basic water cup. Did not look like the glass version on the Menu. We didn’t send anything back or ask why???? Just took it as a loss You Work hard for your money and try to go out and enjoy the night thinking you’ll receive delicious food. Exact opposite. She only checked on us twice. We had to get our own syrup and ask for straws. If it was busy, I understand. It wasn’t. When I was waiting for our waitress to finally come back around, I went on the reviews for NORMS. The negative feedback is not incorrect. It’s true. My kids and I still spoke to the waitress with respect and courtesy.
I’m sure you’re going to say you’re sorry for the service and to reach out to fix the problem. So I can get 10% off next visit absolutely not. I did not tip. I’m sorry to the waitress. But it wasn’t deserved. For My boys to mentioned how terrible it was and we all could’ve ate inn n out and left happy and pay half the price. That says a lot.

excellent restaurant! first time being here! i recommend. greeted as soon as i walked in the door, seated for only a min. our waiter was amazing. elizabeth you need a rasie and a bonus!!!! the way you knew everything off the menu without looking at it!!! a manager needs to email me so i can let corporate has a goods waiter who tends to their customer and never allowed our drinks to run dry and the food was good!!!

loved this place until yesterday when I went and they removed my favorite dish: pork ribs, wings, and salad. I loved taking my whole family there, but I'll never go back. Besides, the new dishes aren't interesting at all.
