“I had a planned family event recently and placed an order. Days prior to the family event i had to make changes to the order. I spoke to Julie one of the managers at the Rialto location who was very helpful and helped to get the order adjusted and ready to pick up. Julie remembered me and took care of our order on the day of and helped me to get the order into my car. I will return to this location in the future due to the great customer service!“
“This is probably the 1st time that I come to a Panda and they have really nice staff. Specially Mario (I think that was his name). I have never seen someone so dedicated to his work. He went above and beyond with customer service. He really deserves a recognition at this location, because of who he is as an employee. Panda should hire more people like Mario. He was the best 😊“
