This Panda takes long to give out food every time I come here I wait 30 min in the drive way plus extra 10 min at the window waiting for my food lunch time is only 30min for me and my whole lunch goes on waiting for my food at this Panda Express
I had a planned family event recently and placed an order. Days prior to the family event i had to make changes to the order. I spoke to Julie one of the managers at the Rialto location who was very helpful and helped to get the order adjusted and ready to pick up. Julie remembered me and took care of our order on the day of and helped me to get the order into my car. I will return to this location in the future due to the great customer service!
I have to say, I was taken aback by the negative buzz surrounding this Panda Express in Rialto. My wife and I decided to give it a try last Wednesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon walking in, we found the restaurant to be moderately clean and inviting - definitely not the chaotic atmosphere that some reviews suggested!
